Five classes are 100% online and are designed to prepare students for the national examination to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). There is no need to ever come to campus or schedule remote locations for tests. The BAT Online program usually offers 2 courses per semester for Fall and Spring. Summer availability varies. For over 8 years, the BAT program at SIU has been offering state of the art web learning to over 500 students across the world.

REHB 503: Basic Behavior Analysis
REHB 507: Behavior Consultation & Management
REHB 509: Scientific Methods: Single Subject Design
REHB 512: Legal & Ethical Issues in Behavior Analysis
REHB 535: Behavior Observation Methods

Distance Education course charges are broken down into Program Delivery Charge (PDC) and tuition. Students should contact financial aid to determine how much of the PDC and tuition charges are covered. The SIUC Bursar handles payment for Distance Education classes.

BACB Course Sequences Across the State

Springfield, IL & Norris City, IL are homes to BAT course sequences that are specifically designed to prepare students for taking the national certification exam to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

BAT Travels North to Chicago

Beginning in 2009 SIU is proud to offer the Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy in the Chicago/Joliet area. SIUC, in a partnership with Trinity Services, Inc., will deliver the degree program over a three year period.
